Municipal-grade signs are used by agencies, governments and schools across the US. Sheeting meets DOT specifications for Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects FP-85 for Sheeting Type II, Class 1 or 2.
Signs use 80 mil thick aluminum with rounded corners (for easy handling and a professional appearance) and pre-punched/pre-cleared holes (for hassle-free installation).

Custom signs come in three formats. Reflective aluminum signs and Aluma Bond signs mount to a post or a wall, in sizes from 12 x 12 inch up to 48 x 48 inch. Arch-Looper delineator posts and vertical panels come with a custom sign attached, so the message stands on its own weighted base wherever it is needed. Yard sign and stake kits cover short term lawn and curb messages.
Which reflective grade should I choose?
Engineer grade reflective is the standard choice for parking lots, campuses and private drives, and it is what most custom signs here use. High intensity reflective is brighter at night and from farther away, which suits faster roads or signs that sit far from a light source. A sign in a lot open to the public should be reflective so it reads in headlights.
How do I order a custom sign?
Choose the sign style and size, then add your wording, logo or layout when ordering, or send it to the team. The 80 mil aluminum signs are rustproof for long outdoor use, and Aluma Bond is a rigid aluminum composite panel. A sign post, bracket or stand completes the setup if the sign is not going on a wall.

What makes a sign reflective, and do I need it?
Reflective sheeting bounces headlight beams back toward the driver, so the sign reads at night. Grades run from engineer grade, the standard, up to high intensity and diamond grade, which shine brighter and read sooner at speed. Any sign used on a road or in a lot after dark should be reflective.
