What is a valet podium?

A valet podium is the stand a valet team works from: a locking cabinet with rows of key hooks, a counter on top for tickets and clipboards, and wheels so it rolls into place. It keeps every guest's keys organized and secured in one spot and gives arriving guests a clear place to find the valet.

How many key hooks do I need?

Count the most cars the team parks at one time, then leave room to grow. Smart podiums hold 100 keys, the Elite, Mr. Valet and TCFL podiums hold 150, the LUX holds 200 and the XL holds 300. Key boxes and the SD2K portable key boards cover smaller setups and backup storage, from 30 to 200 hooks.

Can a podium carry my brand or light up at night?

Yes. Smart, Elite and XL podiums are available with front or full wrap custom artwork, so the stand can match the hotel, restaurant or venue. Glow Series and other LED models add built in lights, and some include a power station for charging devices, which helps guests spot the stand after dark. Covers are sold for several models to protect the podium when the stand is closed.

What valet equipment is available?

Gear for running a polished valet stand: podiums and key boxes, key hook boards, podium umbrellas, locks and tip boxes, valet tickets, vertical sign panels and directional signs, and cones and delineators in upscale colors like black and white. Many items are SD2K Valet products built for hotels, restaurants and venues.

Can valet gear match my property's brand?

Yes. Podiums take front or full wrap custom artwork, vertical panels can carry a custom message or logo, and black or white panels and cones give a clean, upscale look. Send the artwork or wording to the team to get started.
