Can I get a roll-up sign with my own wording?

Yes. Custom roll-up signs print your own legend on a fluorescent orange, fluorescent pink or white roll-up sign, so the sign says exactly what the job needs. Orange suits work zones, pink suits incident scenes, and white suits events, lots and private property.

What are the custom signs made of?

They are made in the USA with heavy duty reinforced plastic pockets and a printed legend that withstands harsh chemicals and cleaners, so graffiti, dirt and grime clean off without damaging the print. The orange custom sign comes in reflective or non-reflective material.

How does the sign set up?

Each sign comes with a crossbrace that slides into the corner pockets to hold it open, and the sign rolls back up for storage. It needs a roll-up sign stand, sold separately, to stand at the roadside. Most sizes are 36 x 36 inch or 48 x 48 inch.

Why are roll-up signs so popular for road work?

They fold and roll up small enough to carry several in one truck, set up in minutes on a stand, and the printed legend resists harsh chemicals and cleaners, so dirt and graffiti wipe off without damaging the print. They are made in the USA with heavy duty reinforced pockets.

What is mesh roll-up sign material for?

Mesh roll-up signs use an open weave that lets wind pass through, so the sign stays steadier on its stand in gusty spots like open highway shoulders. Reflective vinyl signs shine back in headlights for night work. The 48 x 48 inch sign comes in both mesh and reflective vinyl with a choice of legend.

What accessories go with roll-up signs?

Hook and loop overlays add distance legends like 1 Mile, 1/2 Mile or 500 Feet to a 48 x 48 inch sign, and the flip up flag system adds orange flags above the sign for extra attention. Roll-up sign stands and braces are sold separately.

What kinds of signs are available?

Signs for roads, work zones, lots and events: roll-up signs and stands, MUTCD aluminum signs, warning and construction signs, portable and LED stop signs, stop/slow paddles, traffic cone signs, A-frame sidewalk signs, and custom signs with your own wording.

What makes a sign reflective, and do I need it?

Reflective sheeting bounces headlight beams back toward the driver, so the sign reads at night. Grades run from engineer grade, the standard, up to high intensity and diamond grade, which shine brighter and read sooner at speed. Any sign used on a road or in a lot after dark should be reflective.

Custom Roll-Up Traffic Sign - RUS-XP-CB-VAR

Custom Sign is made in the USA, with heavy duty reinforced plastic pockets. Custom durable printed legend can withstand a variety of harsh chemicals and cleaners, which allows graffiti, dirt, and grime to be removed from the sign without damaging the print. These signs also feature convenient labeling that can easily be read or understood when folded or rolled up - no more unrolling a sign just to figure out which one it is. We currently have our roll up construction signs available in fluorescent orange, with reflective or non-reflective material.

The 4-pocket style comes in two pieces - sign and crossbrace. Sign is deployed by inserting each end of the crossbrace into the pockets on each corner of the sign.

We proudly make all our signs inhouse. Production time is 2 to 3 days. Call us if expedited service is needed.
